Going to the Presto Restaurant in 1916, Reading, Pennsylvania

Let's time-travel, and as usual I'm hungry. I suggest that we go to Reading, Pennsylvania in 1916 and go to the Presto Restaurant. Why there and then? Well, because I found this great old photo on the Duke University site, and its exact location was identified by my top history adventurer (who prefers to remain anonymous). Let's go!

See the sign that says "Presto Dining Rooms"? That's it, it was at 537 Penn Street. Here, I'll zoom into the entrance so we can get a better look. Maybe there's be a special in the window, or something. Here ya go:

It's right next-door to Joe Loeb Jewelers, and Kemp's Hotel. But for some reason I'm having difficulty seeing the place. Uh, madam, if you don't mind, my friend and I are trying to see the Presto Restaurant!

We could also go over to McGowan's or the Crystal, but I have my heart set on the Presto, those darn kids would probably make too much noise! Let's go there when it's safe to cross. A-OOO-gah!
